From Presentation Services to Website Services

Questra Graphics began life in Sunnyvale, California in 1989 under the name "Presentation Services". Founded by two Silicon Valley entrepreneurs to explore the emerging world of desktop graphics design, PS quickly found a market for rapid, (often overnight), development of presentations for sales pitches, corporate presentations, conference presentations etc.

Initially, PS specialized in computer-generated presentation materials of all types for large corporate clients such as Hitachi Data Systems and Brown-Ferris Industries. PS managed the sales presentation templates for Hitachi Data Systems and generated numerous presentations and camera ready documents for international conferences for them. In 1993, PS formed an alliance with Questra Associates of Sunnyvale, California. This expanded the range of services offered by the addition of image scanning, video capture and video conversion hardware. This enabled us to add photographic elements and backgrounds to our presentations.  We also design product data sheets, brochures, logos, letterheads and numerous other graphics materials for our clients.

Presentation Services moved to New Hampshire in 1996 and, to reflect our ever-widening array of services, changed the name to Questra Graphics.

As the Internet became increasingly more popular, it became obvious to us that many Internet Web Site developers were migrating into web publishing from the software and MIS side of the computer industry. These technically competent individuals often emphasized complexity over visual impact. However, the increasingly difficult task of getting one's site noticed now requires an emphasis on simple, high-impact graphics to instantly capture the transient attention of a visitor. At the beginning of 1997, armed with the wealth of experience gained from years of developing high-impact presentations, Questra Graphics launched into the exciting world of the Internet, providing turnkey services for the design, implementation and maintenance of Web Sites.

The Changing Internet World of Real Estate

Questra Graphics began to develop a local market niche for designing and maintaining websites for Real Estate professionals, with our reputation spreading through word-of-mouth references. As technology changed we keep abreast of new techniques. Websites have become "data-driven" for fast access to property lists, descriptions and new search techniques. Websites need to be periodically reviewed and enhanced to ensure that they do not look dated. Access to the local MLS (Multiple Listing Service) has become a Must. Competition amongst real estate offices is high, so each realtor's website has become an important component of their overall marketing strategy.

Photography, and in particular, Virtual Tour Photography, came to be a service offered by us in direct response to requests from our customers.  Dissatisfied with the services of other local providers, our customers turned to us for advice. The result was the birth of ViziTours, a service of Questra Graphics!

We provide prompt service in the photography and processing of properties in the NH Seacoast and Southern Maine area, post ViziTours virtual tours and slideshows on our sister website, www.ViziTours.com, and to www.realtor.com and other selected real estate websites.
